UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Project ADAM Affiliate

Project ADAM (Automated Defibrillators in Adam's Memory) helps schools, community centers, and youth sports teams prepare for a cardiac emergency. The organization provides resources, including emergency response plans, staff CPR and AED training, student CPR education, and sudden cardiac arrest awareness education, to empower schools and communities to prepare for a cardiac emergency. Project ADAM has saved the lives of more than 200 children, adolescents, and adults who went into sudden cardiac arrest.

As a Project ADAM program site, UPMC Children’s is helping to provide comprehensive Heart SAFE Site designations to schools, community centers, and youth sports teams throughout western PA. To learn more, complete the form that describes your site below:
