Our Providers and Staff

Noel Jabbour, MD

Dr. Jabbour is the CEC director and a leading expert in reconstruction for microtia and aural atresia.

Dr. Jabbour has a passion for teaching and shares his expertise with doctors from across the country.

He also conducts research in cutting-edge ear reconstruction techniques. One of his research interests is combining hearing and reconstruction surgery. This can reduce downtime and improve outcomes for children.

Emily Jo Venskytis, Audiologist

Emily focuses her practice on children with congenital ear and facial abnormalities. She uses many tests to measure the full range of a child's hearing with the utmost care.

She builds relationships with children and their families over many years, supporting them throughout their journey.

Emily follows the latest advances in hearing aids, bone-anchored devices, and cochlear implants. She explains each option in detail and targets treatment plans to each child's unique needs.
