Biography Summary
Julia Knapo is a licensed and certified genetic counselor who has been with the team since 2017. Originally starting as a genetic counselor assistant, she stayed on after receiving her genetic counseling and public health degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2022. She is passionate about working with patients/families with autism, and ensuring her patients feel supported during all aspects of their journey through genetics. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the Pittsburgh restaurant scene, spending time outdoors, and reading.
