The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile, in partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Pittsburgh and Morgantown, is a state-of-the-art pediatric primary care center on wheels.
Pediatricians, nurses, nurse practitioners and respiratory therapists from UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh provide medical care to children and adolescents who are unable to visit a doctor regularly. The Care Mobile staff also can provide information about community-based resources and services, and offer health education classes to children and adolescents, parents, and caregivers. The Care Mobile visits schools and out-of-school programs, early childcare centers, family centers and more.
