Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery Fellowship
Pediatric orthopaedic research at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC is focused on outcomes and clinical studies of pediatric orthopaedic conditions. Current projects include:
- Long-term follow-up of surgery for DDH
- Comparison of the outcome of non-operative treatment of scoliosis
- Coagulation abnormalities in spine surgery
- Rate of symptomatic misplaced pedicle screws
- Pulmonary compromise in EOS
- ACL reconstruction in the skeletally immature
