Campers must be 8 years old to 15 years old on 1st day of camp. Jr Counselors are 16-17 but because they are minors they still fall into the camper category.
The Dr. Bill Neches Heart Camp for Kids registration once again will be done through the online site at CampDoc.com.
CampDoc.com offers online registration and an electronic health record system for camps. Their system will help us consolidate and integrate camper registration and health information into a centralized and secure location. If you registered last year all that you will need to do is go onto the CampDoc site and update the information.
The security, confidentiality and privacy of your camper’s personal health information will always be protected. Only the Heart Camp healthcare staff will have access to camper health information, and the CampDoc.com site is secure, encrypted and password protected.
Once you sign up for a CampDoc.com account, you will be able to register your camper and pay your deposit online. You will receive periodic notifications from CampDoc.com if you have not completed required health information or when it gets close to the closing day to register.
In order to experience the CampDoc.com registration website fully, they recommend all users upgrade to the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari.
Register Here for Heart Camp 2024.
There is a $50 Registration fee for each camper.
We are excited to continually evolve, building safer, more productive and more efficient systems to create the best experience for you and your heart camper!
